How to use
  • Uncover the Vicks Vaporub jar, put it aside.
  • Wash your hands before application.
  • Apply a layer of Vaporub on your chest and throat for relief from cough.
  • Rub a layer of Vaporub on muscles and joints to relieve minor aches and pains.
  • Do not ingest or apply into nostrils, eyes or open wounds. Use externally only.
  • Should be used on children above 2 years old, and adult supervision is required for children younger than 12.
  • Usage up to 3-4 times daily is safe, but any sign of irritation requires you to stop using it immediately.
  • Cover the jar properly after use.
  • Wash your hands after each application to avoid accidental ingestion or eye contact.
