Prescription Questions

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days of receiving your prescription from your GP. Urgent prescriptions can often be delivered the same day.

What area do you deliver to?

We deliver across Denton, Audenshaw, Hyde, Dukinfield, and the wider Tameside area. Contact us if you're unsure whether we cover your area.

Can I still collect in-store?

Absolutely. You can collect your prescriptions in-store during opening hours. We'll have them ready for you.

How do I set up repeat prescriptions?

Once you've nominated us, let us know which medications you take regularly. We'll contact your GP to request repeats on your behalf so you never run out.

What if I need to change my nomination?
