Ultramol Soluble Tablets dissolve in water for fast-acting relief of moderate pain that has not responded to single-ingredient painkillers. The paracetamol, codeine and caffeine combination targets headache, migraine, dental pain, period pain and rheumatic pains. Use for the shortest time, maximum 3 days.
How to use

Adults, including the elderly, take two tablets with water every 4 to 6 hours as needed, maximum eight tablets in 24 hours. Ages 16 to 18 years take one to two tablets every 6 hours if needed, maximum eight daily. Ages 12 to 15 years take one tablet every 6 hours if needed, maximum four daily. Do not use for longer than 3 days. Leave at least four hours before taking Veganin if you have already taken another painkiller. Not for children under 12 years.

Side Effects & Cautions
Drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and constipation can occur. This medicine contains codeine, which can cause addiction if taken for more than 3 days; headaches can worsen with overuse. Do not use if you are breastfeeding, if you are under 12 years, if you have severe breathing problems, or if you metabolise codeine very rapidly. Do not take with other paracetamol products. Avoid alcohol. Seek urgent help after any overdose, even if you feel well. Talk to a pharmacist or doctor before use if you have liver or kidney disease, prostate problems, recent gall-bladder surgery, bowel disease, or if you take anticoagulants such as warfarin, MAOIs, sedatives, tranquillisers, certain antihistamines, or medicines for diarrhoea or gut spasm. This medicine can cause sleepiness and affect driving; do not drive until you know how it affects you.
