How to use
  • For adults, the elderly, and children & adolescents between 12 and 18 years: Take 1 capsule with water, up to three times a day as necessary. Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
  • Do not take more than 3 capsules in 24 hours. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice. Do not use for more than 10 days unless your doctor tells you to.
  • Not suitable for children under 12 years. Do not exceed the stated dose.

  • Gastrointestinal problems: Nausea, indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhoea, or constipation could occur.
  • Cardiovascular risks: Long-term use or higher doses can lead to increased risk of heart attack or stroke.
  • Kidney or liver damage: Prolonged use can cause potential kidney or liver problems.
  • Rare side effects: Includes high blood pressure, fluid retention, depression, confusion, hallucinations.
  • If taken during late stages of pregnancy, risks to the unborn fetus have been identified.
  • This medicine should not be used if you have a history of stomach bleeding or ulcers, severe heart, liver, or kidney disease. It should be used with caution in elderly patients. Always consult a healthcare professional for advice before taking any new medication.
