Liberize 50mg Tablets Sildenafil

Swallow one tablet with water about one hour before sexual activity. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. Sexual stimulation is required for the medicine to work. You can take it with or without food, but a heavy meal may delay the effect. Avoid grapefruit juice, which can alter sildenafil levels. If the first dose does not help, do not take another for the same episode.

Headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness and visual colour tinge can occur. Stop and seek medical advice if you develop chest pain, severe dizziness, sudden vision changes or an allergic reaction. Do not use with any nitrate medicine or nicorandil because of the risk of a dangerous fall in blood pressure. Do not use with riociguat. Seek advice before use if you have uncontrolled low blood pressure, severe liver disease, recent stroke or heart attack, retinal disorders, or if you take potent CYP3A inhibitors such as certain antifungals or antibiotics. Limit alcohol. If you are on alpha-blockers, take at a different time of day and only if your blood pressure is stable.
