How to use
  • Unscrew the cap from the bottle.
  • Pour 20ml of the Colgate Max White One Mouth Rinse into the cap up to the marked line.
  • Empty the liquid from the cap into your mouth.
  • Swish the mouth rinse throughout your mouth for about 60 seconds. Make sure it reaches all parts of your teeth and gums. Do not swallow.
  • After swishing, spit out the mouth rinse.
  • Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after using to ensure effectiveness.
  • Use twice daily for optimal results.
