How to use
- Shake the bottle well before each use.
- Use the measuring syringe provided to accurately measure the correct dose of Calpol Infant Suspension Paracetamol Strawberry.
- The recommended dosage depends on the child's age and weight. For babies 2-3 months weighing over 4kg and not premature, 2.5ml if needed after 4-6 hours (maximum 2 doses in 24 hours). For babies over 3 months old and weighing over 5kg, the usual dose is between 2.5-5ml every 4-6 hours (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).
- Gently squirt the medicine into the child's mouth, aiming for the inside of the cheek, not the back of the throat, to reduce the risk of choking.
- Wait at least 4 hours between each dose, and do not exceed the recommended maximum dose in any 24 hour period.
- Do not use Calpol Infant Suspension for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor.

Side Effects:
- Allergic reactions: Stop usage and consult a doctor immediately if your child experiences any signs of allergic reactions such as skin rashes, difficulty in breathing or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, and throat.
- Overdose: Be careful not to exceed the recommended dose. An overdose can cause liver damage.
- Other Medications: Avoid giving your child other paracetamol-containing products concurrently to prevent overdose.
- Prolonged Use: Don't use for a prolonged period or more frequently without consulting a doctor.
- Existing Health Conditions: Consult a doctor before use if your child has any pre-existing liver or kidney conditions.
- Sugar Content: It contains liquid maltitol and aspartame. If your child has intolerance to some sugars, consult a doctor before use.
