How to use
- For adults and children over 12 years, take two red (day) tablets in the morning and at midday to help with symptoms during the day. At night, take two blue (night) tablets before going to bed in order to reduce discomfort and promote a restful sleep. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water.
- Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours and leave at least 4-6 hours between doses. Do not give to children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare provider.
