Active Iron for Men 30 Capsules

• Adults and children over 12 years, take 1 iron capsule and 1 multivitamin tablet once daily with water or fruit juice. Active Iron can be taken on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Avoid taking with milk, tea, coffee, or antacids. Leave 2 to 3 hours between this product and levothyroxine, quinolone or tetracycline antibiotics, bisphosphonates, or penicillamine. Not for children under 12 years. If information is unclear, follow the leaflet or pharmacist advice.

• Per iron capsule, ferrous sulfate providing elemental iron 14 mg. Excipients of known effect, whey, milk protein. Multivitamin tablet contains vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin, folic acid, and the minerals zinc, selenium, manganese, and copper. Common effects include nausea, stomach upset, constipation or diarrhoea, and dark stools. Stop and seek advice if you get a rash, swelling, breathing difficulty, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, or black tarry stools. Do not take if you have iron overload disorders such as haemochromatosis, or if you receive regular blood transfusions, unless a doctor advises. Talk to a pharmacist or doctor before use if you have stomach or bowel disease or ulcers, or if you take the medicines listed above. Keep out of sight and reach of children, accidental overdose can be harmful. Contains milk, do not take if you have a milk allergy.
