  3. Sending Your Return: Address your package to Windmill Pharmacy, 709 Windmill Lane, Denton, Manchester M34 2ET. Include items in original condition and your order number.

Cost of Return:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items.
  • We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your protection.

Refund Process:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, with an intact seal (if applicable), and undamaged.
  • Refunds are processed within 1 working day of receipt, though it may take up to 30 days to appear on your original payment method.
