How to use
  • Blow your nose gently to clear your nasal passages before using the spray.
  • Remove the cap from the bottle.
  • Shake the bottle gently and then prime the pump by pumping until a fine mist appears.
  • Close one nostril by gently pressing against the side of your nose, and slightly tilt your head forward.
  • Insert the nozzle into the other nostril and give a gentle sniff while squeezing the bottle.
  • Breathe out through your mouth.
  • Repeat this procedure in the other nostril.
  • After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue or cloth and replace the cap.
  • Adults and children over 12 years should use two sprays into each nostril twice daily, not to exceed 3 days of use.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
  • Keep the spray out of the sight and reach of children.
  • Always follow the instructions provided by your pharmacist or doctor, and do not use for longer than 7 days without medical advice.

  • Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days without consulting a doctor.
  • Avoid use if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or thyroid problems unless directed by a doctor.
