It also features an irregular heartbeat detector and hypertension indicator to alert you to any potential health issues. With its advanced technology and intuitive design, the Omron M3 is the perfect solution for monitoring your health.
How to use
- Make sure the device is off. If the monitor is left unused for more than 2 minutes, it will automatically turn off.
- Sit in a comfortable position, relax and roll up your sleeve. The height of the cuff should be at the same level as your heart.
- Attach the cuff to your upper arm. The tube should run down the front center of your arm and the bottom of the cuff should be approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow. The cuff should be snug but not too tight - you should be able to fit 2 fingers between your arm and the cuff.
- Press the "START" button. The display will show a zero and the cuff will start to inflate.
- Remain still while the machine measures your blood pressure. The cuff will start to deflate and your blood pressure and heart rate will be displayed on the screen.
- When the measurements are complete, the Heartbeat Symbol "🔽/🔼" stops blinking and your blood pressure and pulse rates are displayed.
- To stop the monitor during a measurement, press the "START" button. The monitor will deflate the cuff.
- Record the pressure readings along with the date and time.
- After use, press the "O/I START" button to turn the power off.
- Before using, please make sure to read the product manual or get guidance from a healthcare professional. If you feel discomfort during measurement or the values appear too high or too low, consult with a healthcare provider.
