How to use
  • Pop a lozenge out from the blister pack and place it in your mouth.
  • Allow the lozenge to dissolve slowly in your mouth. This will generally take around 10 minutes.
  • Occasionally move the lozenge from one side of your mouth to the other until it’s completely dissolved.
  • Initially, you should use 1 lozenge every 1-2 hours.
  • For best results, a maximum of 15 lozenges can be taken each day for the first 6 weeks.
  • Then gradually reduce the number of lozenges used per day over the following weeks.
  • Stop using the lozenges when use is down to 1-2 per day.
  • Avoid eating or drinking while a lozenge is in the mouth.
