How to use

For adults, the elderly, and children over 16 years:
Day Capsules: Two yellow/orange capsules should be taken every 4-6 hours during daytime. Do not more than 4 capsules in 24 hours.
Night Capsules: Two blue/white capsules should be taken before bedtime. Do not take more than 2 capsules in 24 hours.
Swallow each capsule whole with water. Do not chew.
Do not take the Day and Night capsules at the same time. Ensure that there is at least 4 hours gap between taking any two doses and do not take more than 6 capsules (4 Day & 2 Night) in total in any 24-hour period.
Do not mix with other flu, cold or decongestant products.
If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Remember it is important not to use Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Day & Night Capsules continuously for more than seven days without medical advice.
