How to use
  • Dissolve the contents of one Dioralyte Blackcurrant Sachet in 200ml of drinking water.
  • Ensure the water is safe to consume. If you're unsure, use freshly boiled water and let it cool sufficiently before mixing.
  • Stir well until all the powder has dissolved.
  • Consume the solution as soon as possible after mixing.
  • For adults and children aged 1 year and over, the usual dose is one or two sachets after each loose motion, up to a maximum of five sachets a day (over 24 hours).
  • For infants aged 3 months to 1 year, the usual dose is one sachet after each loose motion. Do not exceed more than two sachets in any 24 hours unless as advised by your healthcare provider.
  • The sachets should not be given to infants under 3 months old unless prescribed by a doctor.
  • Consumption should be continued until diarrhea has stopped but not for more than 3-4 days without medical advice.
  • Do not exceed the stated dose.
  • Remember that Dioralyte Blackcurrant Sachets don't cure the diarrhea, they simply help your body to replace the water and salts lost through diarrhea and prevent or treat dehydration.

  • Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, glucose (anhydrous), disodium hydrogen citrate, blackcurrant flavour, saccharin sodium, hypermellose and aspartame.

  • Diabetes: The blackcurrant flavor contains a small amount of sugar, so diabetics should monitor their blood sugar levels.

  • Do not use beyond the expiry date, and keep out of reach of children.
