How to use
- Before first use, prime the pump by pressing the top until a fine spray appears. Repeat this process until you have a full spray.
- Hold the Quickmist as close to your mouth as possible. Press the top of the dispense to release one spray into your mouth, avoiding your lips.
- Do not inhale while spraying; it's meant to work by being absorbed into your body from your mouth.
- For best results, do not swallow for a few seconds after spraying.
- Typically, one or two sprays are sufficient to curb cravings. However, if your cravings do not disappear with one spray, take a second one.
- Do not use more than 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays per hour, and 64 sprays per day.
