How to use
- Clean your foot thoroughly and dry it. Do not apply any lotions or creams.
- Remove the Compeed plaster from its packaging.
- Warm the plaster in your hands for about a minute to soften it and make it stick better.
- Remove the backing paper and avoid touching the adhesive side.
- Place the plaster over the blister, ensuring it is centered on the affected toe.
- Press the plaster down firmly, smoothing out any bubbles.
- Do not remove the plaster until it starts to peel off on its own (this may take a few days to a week).
- To take the plaster off, gently pull it from the edges towards the center and it should come off without any pain.
- Remember not to puncture your blister unless it is causing you extreme discomfort, as your body naturally protects new skin under the blister.
