How to use
- First, ensure your hands are clean before using the product.
- Remove the pad from the packaging. Unfold it, and you will see the adhesive side on the back of the pad.
- Pull off the strip that covers the adhesive.
- Align the pad with the center of your underwear. The adhesive side should be in contact with the underwear.
- Press down the pad onto your underwear so it sticks firmly.
- Adjust for comfort and positioning. Ensure it covers from front to back appropriately.
- Discard the backing paper responsibly.
- After use, fold the used pad inside toilet paper or inside the wrapper it came in.
- Dispose of the used pad in a waste bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.
- Always remember to change your pad every 4-6 hours or more often if necessary and wash your hands both before and after every change. Always maintain hygiene in that area to avoid potential infections.
