How to use
  • Dulcolax Adult 5mg tablets should be used as directed by your doctor. If you are self-treating, follow all directions on the product packaging.
  • Take this medication by mouth with a full glass of water (8 ounces/240 milliliters), preferably at bedtime.
  • The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to therapy.
  • Swallow the tablet whole. Do not crush or chew the tablets.
  • In general, this drug should not be used for longer than 7 days unless directed by your doctor.

  • Remember, it may take 6 to 12 hours before this drug causes a bowel movement. Do not use this medication if you have any abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting unless directed by your doctor. Immediately stop using this drug and consult your doctor if you have any of these side effects.
Main Ingredients
  • Bisacodyl, lactose monohydrate, maize starch, glycerol, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc, acacia, white beeswax, shellac, carnauba wax, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide, methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer, castor oil, macrogol 6000.
